What is White Plume Communications?

It's me, Judy Nollet. I'm a freelance writer based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area of Minnesota. I specialize in instructional design and content preparation for electronic media ("e-writing") and also write traditional print materials.

In other words, I write the words that appear in and/or are heard on:

  • the Web
  • CD-ROMS & DVDs
  • computer presentations
  • videos
  • standard operating procedures
  • manuals & job aids
  • other business communications
